Phil Fischler, CCIM, PE
A third-generation Floridian and entrepreneur, Phil graduated from Florida State University with degrees in civil engineering and mathematics. His professional journey has placed him in leadership roles for several prestigious companies, including Kimley-Horn and North American Properties, where he has served national brands such as Publix, Hillwood, Trammell Crow, Costco, Target, Duke, Lincoln Property Company, Regency Centers, and others. In 2009, Phil founded Fischler Property Company with a mission to build a legacy through inspiring investment in and restoration of Southwest Florida. Phil is a Florida licensed real estate broker and civil engineer and has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He has been involved in over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate deals with an investment value over $3.0 billion. Outside of the office, Phil can be found with his family exploring America’s greatest cities and national parks, sport fishing, or cooking an epicurean meal (a skill he partially credits for the success of his marriage). Phil is active in the local community, including the Coastal Conservation Association, United Way, Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Board, Executive Board and Mentorship Program, as well as guest speaking engagements in the FGCU real estate programs.
